and has a social responsibility and duty as a company that deals in personal information.
This company has established the following policy to abide by the Personal Information Protection Law and familiarised all the employees to observe the policy. This company willl continue its efforts to seek improvements of the policy.
This company will make the purpose clear and handle in a fair way within the scope necessary for its business transactions in collection, use and provision of personal information.
This company will implement necessary and appropriate security measures to protect collected personal information from abuseful access, falsification, destruction, unauthorized disclosure and loss, etc. and make a full effort to prevent from
occurring such risks heretofore described.
This company will observe all the applicable laws and regulations, standards, and industry guidelines with regards to personal information, and develop related compliance programs under which this company
will operate.
This company will appoint a chief privacy officer for protection and management of collected and received personal information within the company.To ensure adequate compliance programs are maintained, a review on the programs will be
made periodically and, as it becomes necessary, a revision be made accordingly.
This company will not make any change or disclosure of personal information when
so requested unless otherwise this company has confirmed that the request was
made by the principal on his own information. |
